    What is your reaction to seeing yourself in the mirror?

    Most people react negatively, and say they cannot do anything to change the way they look. They say….

    • I don’t have the will power,
    • I can’t live without McDonalds,
    • I hate exercise so much I cannot do it,
    • there is no way I can go to a gym looking like this….

    All sorts of excuses come up.
