Did you see that article on MSNBC about living longer?
“While the quest for the proverbial Fountain of Youth is endless and typically fruitless, one method known to extend the human lifespan by up to five years has quietly become accepted among leading researchers. The formula is simple: Eat less. It could add years to your life, several experts now say. And done in moderation, it could at least help you live a more healthy life.”Really? Eat less. Live longer?
Who’d think?

Fat Burners: The Unadulterated Truth
By Tom Venuto, NSCA-CPT, CSCS
www.BurnTheFat.comFat burner supplements are advertised everywhere these days - on the internet, in magazines and even on TV. The ads almost always feature a very lean fitness model or bodybuilder and claim that these products, usually pills, were the secret to their six pack abs and very low body fat levels. Some of these ads suggest that the only way to get as lean as the “hot bodies” you see in the ads is by taking their “miracle pills” and that proper nutrition and exercise alone is not enough.

As you can see, the updtaing process is taking longer than I thought it would. This is probably because as one person I am somewhat over-streched with all I am doing.
I am in the process of designing and building 2 other unrelated sites, quoting on a couple of projects and have also become a full time student in a Advanced Diploma of Multimedia course.
So, I really have to get my head into a time management frame and get organised on updating here.
Of course, if anyone else would like to chip in and help with the content, let me know as I think this site has the potential to fulfill its concept with a little bit of input.
