How to lose weight and be healthy.
So, you are overweight and don’t like the way you look?
Welcome to the majority of people living in industrialised countries today. fast foods, convenience stores, home shopping, working from home, computers, big screen tv’s, remote controls for everything… hell, even using the internet means you don’t need to leave your chair to meet people or see the world anymore.
Is it any wonder that statistics show we are all becoming obese and that health problems due to lifestyle are always on the increase. so many people are unhappy with the way they look and feel, yet don’t know what they can do about it.
Help is at hand, there are ways to get yourself leaner and fitter, even while you are at home in front of the TV or computer!
Weight loss and fitness, when done properly, go hand in hand.
You have seen the comercials stating that this gym will help you get in shape by starting you on an exercise program, that diet will allow you to shed the extra fat without having to do anything else!

What a load of bollocks! Here is the thing.
If you lose weight by exercise alone, and still eat all the rubbish food, you will not be healthy. If you lose weight by dieting alone, and starve yourself until you are at your goal weight, you will be a thin fat person, and still unhealthy.
You need to both exercise and change your diet to be truly successful and achieve both weight loss and become fitter.
Ok, let’s try something.
Find a full length mirror, preferably in your own home of course, and strip naked in front of it. Do you like what you see? Are there rolls where there shouldn’t be rolls? Can’t see the muscles for the fat? Well, do not despair! Under what you see is a healthy lean person just dying to get out.
Have a really good look, and don’t be negative about it. Suck in your stomach, tense your leg muscles and your arms, even if you cannot see it, there are muscles behind there that still work and can help you to look and feel better.
Take one last look, even take a photo for a reminder…..
The way you are now is going to have to change if you want to live a healthy and happy life.
